If you'd like to start from scratch without any of your personal content (e.g. playlists, saved music, etc.) and without any of your music recommendations, you can learn how to close account here.

Once it's closed, you can open a new one at https://spotify.com/signup. Keep in mind that, if you'd like to use the same email address, it'll take around 14-30 days for it to become available for use again.
