How to set spotify online?

Hi! Can i ask how to set online my spotify because it's says that "Spotify set offline" then i log out my spotify when i logged in again it says "please go online , your spotify set offline" how to fix this? I can log in anymore and my premium is not working , i downloaded some songs but when i have no wifi it says go premium please fix my account 😞
