How to use Spotify when I live in India but my org VPN is in Singapore.

I work for a company in India. I can't use anything without VPN on my laptop. My company's vpn is in Singapore. I am from India. I bought the plan and paid in INR.

Now I open desktop app, I see the option Explore premium even I already have premium plan.

I paid and I still can't use premium in Spotify desktop app. Any help?

Hey @anirudhagupta 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
