I NEED to delete premium!!

I NEED to delete premium!!

I need to delete my premium account but it's under a different email address and I don't know which one it is!!

I'm paying £9.99 a month and not even using it.

Please help ASAP!

We can do a reverse search on the payment. To speed things up, here's the information we'd require if you paid using PayPal:

 

- Date and time of the transaction

- PayPal billing agreement ID (can be found on PayPal's website > History > Spotify)

 

Or if you paid using a card:

 

- Exact date and time of the transaction, according to your bank statement

- The 'Bank Answer Authorisation Code'

 

Unfortunately this code is not visible on your bank statement. You will need to contact your bank for this information. The 'Bank Answer Authorisation Code' , sometimes called the "Transaction Authorisation Code" (TAC), is a unique 6-figure code that every transaction processed with credit card must have.

 

If you could include these these transaction details in your email we'll be able to locate the right account and get this worked out for you. If you get an auto reply to your email, just reply back and someone will pick it up for you.
