I am being charged £9.99 but my two accounts are BOTH showing as FREE I cannot find the PREMIUM ac

I have had spotify for years - I ahve ALWAYS paid - my card shows £9.99 a month being deducted  - however my account shows as a FREE acoount and I searched for other emails I use and my husband has an account but again it shows as FREE - I cannot find the PREMIUM account - I ahve checked my card statement and another £9.99 has been debited on the 13th March 2017 - but my MAIN account annabellewebster@gmail.com STILL shows as free and we had a party at the weekend and we had to listed to adverts between songs which was a real issue ! Can anyone suggest any help ?

I'm sure we can help figure out what's happened here. 

First of all, did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.

Did you receive an email confirming an upgrade to premium?
