I am using spotify free - why was my account charged twice? How did you get my payment info?

Help:

 

When I check my account status, there is no payment info even entered, nor do I have any receipts available. Is someone unauthorized using my card for payment?? Please advise. ~Julie ([Snip-Email(Privacy)-Peter])

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since this a payment issue, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further out of the public eye - too many private details are needed to do it here on the public community. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
