I can not log in via iPhone and iPad

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community for help.

If you created your Spotify account using your Facebook login information, ensure you’re entering the same email address and password you use to access Facebook.

If you didn't, could you give it a go with your username and password instead of the whole email address?
