I can't access to my account and I still have the subscribtion and my money keeps getting taken away for free every months I cant login , Its started when I syn my account with facebook which make my account just dissapeared but the subscription is still taking my money i tried to every thing but it doesnt work.

Don't panic 🙂 If you can't acces your account and you can't cancel the premium you just need to contact Spotify Consumer Support filling  this anonymous contact form. You will need to answer some questions to confirm your identity.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
