I can't buy gift cards on official website

I'm Taiwan user, I want to buy gift cards on your  Taiwan and US official website. But they both always show the error messages. I contact "spotifytechtw@gmail.com", they can't help me and I think they don't want to help me at all. They just ask me go to "https://www.spotify.com/hk-zh/about-us/contact/ " send the problem. I did, but still no one contact me. Can anyone help me?
