I can't change country even I'm a premium account...:(

Hi, my name is Quan

Im not too sure why my account is located in US as I'm a Vietnamese...? I tried to change the country in profile but it doesn't allow me even I'm stay in Viet Nam and IP address is from Viet Nam. The box is grey out. 

Please help....

According to Spotify Support:

If you permanently move to another country though, you need to update your account. Here's how to do so, per type of subscription. For licensing reasons, you need to update your payment method to one that's been issued in your new country. 

You can contact Spotify Support directly here.

You should get your answer within 24-48 hours.

I have contacted Spotify staff, and they helped me to change the country already.
