I can't change my country

I can't change my country

If I try to change my country, it doesn't let me and if I try to change my payment method to a local one it says it doesn't match my country.

Hey there! I am happy to help. 

 

Keep in mind that the country registered on your account must match the country your card is registered in. For example, if you are in the United States, and you try to add a payment method from the United Kingdom, it will not work as these are two different regions.

 

So, I would recommend changing your payment information first:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Account, click Update next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date. If you cannot change your country settings still, follow the same steps using a different browser or private window. 

And if you're still having trouble, you can send me a screenshot of any error messages you're seeing and I'll take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
