I can't change password

I try to change my password but Spotify's web displays that alredy exists an account with the same mail. What can i do to change my password?

Hey there @txumaker, welcome to the community!

What's the account's username for the password you would like to be changed? I can send out a password reset to the email on the account. 

Edit: My apologies, this may be a duplicate account issue. If you are unable to reset your password through here, you'll have to contact Spotify directly here and they'll be able to fix it. If you receive a "no-reply" email, just reply to it and you'll be connected with an agent that'll be more than happy to assist you! 🙂
