I can't confirm my age on my account. Can't listen all the music I want

I can't confirm my age on my account. Can't listen all the music I want

I signed up in Korea and moved to Singapore.
If I want to listen to explicit content, the page goes to Korea site to verify with Korean phone number. which I don't have anymore.
I changed the country and also I changed my payment card. but still the "confirm your age" page goes to Korea mobile page.

Just to double-check, did you wait until your next billing date for the changes to take effect?

 

The country setting won’t actually update until then, even if it appears to have changed.
