I can't link to Last.fm says server won't connect; also any direct email contact with spotify team?

I tunes connects to Last.fm but spotify won't.  also how to email /chat w/spotify?

Hi. Most issues can be sorted out in the community but you can also submit an online contact form . Which device are you running spotify on and have you entered your lastfm credentials in the spotify application settings?

Are you connecting via a proxy? What error code/message are you getting from last.fm? 

Also, what operating system and Spotify version are you using?
