I can't log in on new phone. I know my username but not my email address

My username is an alphanumeric string. So when I go to log in without password I have no idea which email address to check for the link it sends. In settings and privacy on my old phone it doesn't list the email address. From the top of the screen it says ACCOUNT then below that PREMIUM PLAN-view your plan then CONTENT PREFERENCES.

Thanks for reaching out.

It's possible that your Spotify account is connected to an external service (e.g. Facebook, Google or Apple), so you could try signing in through those methods.

You can also try requesting a password reset for any email addresses you may own (if you haven't done that already).
