I can't log in

I can't log in

Everytime I click on the button you guys send me through Gmail, it says "something went wrong". I click "try again" but it doesn't do anything

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Are you able to log in on a different device? Are you using the app or the web player for the login attempts?

 

Also try using a different network and an incognito window of your browser.

 

Let us know how that went.

My Question or Issue

The phone app is connected and working, but web player says it doesn't know my username, so I can't reach my account through my computer.

What shall I do?
