I can´t login to my Spotify account with my username or email address

Hi

Please help.

I can´t log in to my Spotify account with my username or email address. Program claims that i have wrong username or password. When i reset my password in a new password the app still tells me it's wrong. I´m still paying for Sotify family premium and i can`t use it. What should i do?

Hi Aimee

I removed the app, installed it again and changed my password again, but it
still doesn´t let me log in the app. I can log in the Spotify website and
wiev my profile, but the app doesn´t let me in.
The family premium woks fine, my husband and son can use it in their own
devices ok, only mine doesn´t woks.
What should i do?
