I can't login to my spotify account either using my mail id or phone number

I want to login my spotify account in laptop, it shows there is no spotify account connected to my mail id and it always shows check your number even if the number is correct. I wanted to use my account in spotify web player.

Do you use any other email addresses? It's possible that your account is linked to another email. In any case, if you can't remember your login details, I recommend checking out this article.
