I can't login using my Facebook account and I don'...

The Spotify Support suggested to use email as my login method instead, the thing is both of my spotify and Facebook account doesn't have email (I register my Spotify through Facebook, and I register my Facebook through mobile number only so I don't have email at all). Why all of the sudden Spotify logout me unannounced and not allowing me to login using my facebook ? I have subscribed for 5 consecutive months and I just resubscribed for this month of May, I don't want it to be waste.
