I can't manage my family account

I can't manage my family account

I recenty started an Family Premium Account. When I try to manage my account as descibed on the Q&A, I only receive a blank page. I tried several times, different days.

There seems to be some issues with that at the moment. Please try again later or check Spotify Status twitter for when it will be resolved.

I have same issue. So no solution in last 1 month??? As I can't add my kids I will need to cancel family membership... or is there any other solution to fix the blank page issue?

 

Signed up just now, blank screen, cannot add users.

Please try to open the family subscription page with different browser or by using incognito/private mode in your current one. Sometimes there is a problem with browser cache or cookies and this usually fixes it.

I experience same thing - cannot manage my family account

 

Got a similar issue, I recently relocated from the UK to Noway and changed my account details accordingly to reflect the country change, however it still says UK on my account and when I invite a family member they get "Error 600" - which is probably because they have accounts in our new country?

 

Any help to resolve this matter is much appreciated
