I can't pay with PayPal

I can't pay with PayPal

Hello,

I want to go premium, but when I'm trying to buy spotify premium using paypal it redirects me to the billing page (after I logged in and accepted with paypal). I really want to go premium so can someone help me.

Hi @marwanbella5 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

Hopefully I can help you get on board with premium so you can start tackling loads of music! What error messages, if any are you getting on screen?

 

First thing I'd suggest would be to clearing the cache of your browser. You can do this by following these instructions for Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer. If that doesn't pan out I'd suggest trying a different browser to the one you're using.

Thanks for replying, but it unfortunatey doesn't help me. I already tried it on diffrent browsers and devices, but I'm still getting the same results. I also can't search up the error because I don't get an error message. When I choose to pay with PayPal it sends me to the login page of paypal. When I'm logged in I need to accept the agreement and press the button to continue. Here is were the problem starts, at this point I get redirected to the start and I somehow need to start over and over again. There is no error messag popping up or anything, so I realy don't know what to do. I hope you or anyone else can help me out with this.

Hmmm OK then, If clearing the cache hasn't worked either thats no good. Have you tried a reinstall of the app? An alternative work around might be to use a different payment method although that doesn't sort the issue with Paypal. 

 

I think at this point if all else fails I'd be inclined to direct you to Spotify care through this contact form who will be able to answer some technical questions that will help you fix it. 

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
