I cannot log in to my account using phone number

I have been a Spotify user for about 4 years and suddenly my autoplay stopped working so I tried logging in again but it didn't work. After deleting and installing again I cannot login using my phone number it tells me to check it again even though it's absolutely correct. I had not linked my account to my email.
Please help out to recover my account.
