I cant listen music

hi, I wanted to listen spotify online, but when I conected it said that im playing on my phone, but im not, I dont even have internet in my phone, I tried to turn off my phone, disconnect from my account in my phone, change my account´s password,  login several times, refresh several times, the button on the profile section to disconnect the others accounts, but it just keeps the same, saying im listening in my phone, so it wont play online, please help me!

¿Has intentado eliminando el caché de tu navegador?, ya que al parecer presionando el boton y cambiando para escuchar desde el navegador no funciona. Igualmente recuerda que puedes instalar la aplicación de Spotify para windows para escuchar desde tu ordenador.
