I destroyed the code on Spotify-Card by scratching clear

Hello people,

i bought a Spotify Card für 30€, but i unfortunately destroyed the first 1-2 letters or numbers by scratching it clear. 😞

I am very sad about this (*head to table*) and i don't know what to do now. I tried to contact SpotifyHelo at Twitter a few minutes ago, but i have no answer yet.

Any ideas what to do now? Thanks in preview...

maybe try various combinations of numbers. if there is any bit of numbers/letters left on it, try and numbers/letters that you think it could be. i don't know how to help but that's all i can think of doing. good luck!

I finally wrote to the official Spotify Twitter Account @SpotifyCares and they fixed it for me in 20 minutes. I just had to send them pictures of the card or the receipt where i bought it.
