I do not have a password for my account

I have my account linked to my facebook profile and always use that to sign in and ive never set a password for my account since ive always used facebook login. ive been trying to log in my account onto ps4 but they do not have a facebook login option and i need my username and password to do so, but since i dont have a password im unable to log in  and every time i try and set my password spotify wont let me because it says i need to enter in a password which i dont even have in the first place and i dont know what im supposed to do ?

Try entering your facebook password and see if it helps.

I tried that but it just says password is incorrect but its my correct Facebook password

Hello egarcia193,

Since PS4 doesn't have a Facebook login option, I would advise you to set up a device password for your device. It's easy to do this, just follow these steps:

1. Head to Facebook Settings.
2. Select Security.
3. Select App Passwords. 
4. Click Generate App Password. 
5. Enter Spotify, and Facebook will automatically generate a password for you.

You can use this with your Facebook ID (not email address) to log in to Spotify on any device.

Alternatively, you can connect to it from another device using Spotify Connect.

I was finally able to manually login on and connect my ps4 to my spotify acount and play music through my ps4, I had trouble using spotify connect but when i manualy logged in it finally worked which is odd considering what i entered in wouldnt work wheni used it to log into my acount on spotifys main log in page on the website, but thank you for the help, much appreciated !!!
