I don't have access to the email account used to create my Spotify account

For some reason I wasn't signed in today when I opened Spotify and I realized I don't remember my password. What's worse is I don't have access with the email I used to make my account. From what I can tell there is absolutely nothing I can do.

Is there a way to regain access to my account? Will I need to terminate my account and sign up for a new one? If so, how?

Estou com o mesmo problema. Tentei cancelar mas é necessário que o sporify mande um email de confirmação.  Só que esse email eles não mandam nunca! Já  solicitei 4 vezes e nada, nem no **bleep**. Alguém sabe um telefone que eu possa ligar?

If you can no longer access the email on your account however, I'd recommend reaching out to Support one of the below ways:
