I don't like to use playlists, I prefer to access my music as individual tracks

I don't like to use playlists, I prefer to access my music as individual tracks

I was a Zunepass user for several years and had to leave my Windows phone behind for iOS as I needed certain apps that were no longer available to me. That being said, I had to find a new music subscription source. I'm giving Spotify a shot first as many of my friends use it. With Zune I could download each track to my pc or phone and as long as I was a paying member I had access to as many of those tracks as I wanted. I had to pay for them to burn them to a cd but each track was it's own file or whatever and I could sync whatever tracks to my phone and play them however and whenever and wherever I wanted. How do I do this with Spotify? I don't always want to listen to the same playlists - I like the idea of listening to whatever I want when I feel like it. How do I sync individual tracks (not playlists)?? Or does this mean Spotify isn't for me and I should use something different??

What I personnally do is that I starred all my songs and then sync the "Starred" playlist. Maybe this would the trick for you.
