I dont remember my password for my account and also dont remember the email

I can remember the username for my account but I don't know the password or the email used for the account to send and email to reset the password

You can also request a password reset using your username at https://accounts.spotify.com/password-reset. 🙂 After you've done that, I recommend checking all email accounts you possibly own.
