I forget my email

Hello. 

I accidentally logged out of my Account ( not this one ), and now I can't remember my e-mail or nickname to that Account. What should I do to get my Account back? I have Premium on that account and all the playlist's ...

I am really sorry that you are having troubles with your premium account.

Do you still know your username and password to login? If so, you can log to the account page to see your email address 

If you can't login, I suggest you contact support so they can help you

You should get a reply within 24-48 hours. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
