I had premium but its suddenly gone??

My mom bought us spotify premium a few months ago and it worked fine, but now its suddenly gone and im back to a free account? My mom says she paid, but spotify didnt write it off of her bank yet. How can we fix this?

Did her payment card get renewed? I encountered that same problem, because i recieved a new credit card, but as soon as you link the card to your account, averything should be working just fine 🙂
