I have a Spotify premium account but I changed phones

I have a Spotify premium account but I changed phones

I keep getting ads and not non stop music . It continues to ask me to sign up after my free trial is over. Why do I have a free trial????!??

Hi there,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

If you have a Premium subscription already, then it could be possible that after changing your phone devices you've accidentally opened a new account that is running without a subscription and thus the ads.  To find and login to your existing account you can see our tips here.
