I have a premium account through my app on my iphone, i cannot remember my username or password

I have a premium account through my app on my iphone, i cannot remember my username or password or if i had created the account using facebook. Surely spotify can see my paid account and send me the details via email to log in. at the moment i cant get to my music and I'm paying for it monthly and I really dont want to lose my playlists. Help!!!
