I have an old account and cannot login

Its annoying trying to reset my password and not getting anything + try to contact support directly and all Im getting is a self-answer machine giving me instructions on how to reset my password, ok so how do I send a ticket if the only way is being logged in and I dont have password, automated password reset doesnt work and spotify does not fix it as soon as possible. Another thing I catch is on the ticket I sent I put I lost password and then it says details.. ok, when a computer is going to answer, is there really a need to put the details?..... Anyways if someone can help me to get reset my password for my old account mrraulj25 I would appreciate it, I love spotify but it needs more work on the HUMAN side, Thank you

When you get the automated response after filing a ticket, you can reply using your email program and the reply will go to a human. They usually have good response times, and you will probably hear something within a day. 

 

The "details" section is where you can list the account ID that is having the problem.  If you haven't put that in the ticket before, you can reply and let them know what your account ID is.

ok I will see and I will put thump up if it work. ( I already included my username and email of that account on the ticket that received automatic response) should I write it again?

If you already put that info in the ticket you don't need to specify it again. Now it's just a matter of waiting until you get a response. They're probably sleeping right now as I think it's 4 or 5 AM there, so give it some time. 🙂
