I have been DOUBLE CHARGED for almost 1 year!

I have been DOUBLE CHARGED for almost 1 year!

i just realised that i have been double charged for almost 1 year!

give me a solution immediately or else i will quit and never ever subscribe anymore!

it is a shame on your company!!!!!!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

It's likely you have 2 accounts. Make sure you don't have a facebook (email) or Spotify (username) account as well as your main one which is on premium. If you go to your receipts page, what does it show?
