I have lost my account.

I have lost my account.

A payment did not go through because I did not update my banking info, now I cannot access my old account. I have no idea what happened to it. I have an account under **bleep** but it doesn't have any of my music on it. Once you lose your account do you also lose all the music that you had on there?? seems crazy to me.

Hopefully I can help you out today. Rest assured your music doesn't get deleted if a payment doesn't go through. It seems to me that you may be logged into the wrong account. I'd reccommend checking out this Support article to find your account.
