I have reach devices limit, how can I erase all my devices?

I want to start fresh since I sold most of my devices. I uninstalled the app but I never erase the songs. Help please.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

Keep in mind that you can download as many as 10,000 songs on each of up to 5 different devices. You can find more info here.

You can remove your downloads by starting Spotify on the mobile devices which no longer needs the downloaded content and use the Remove all downloads button by going to Settings> Storage. 

If you want to delete your downloads from the desktop app, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the app.
2. On the left bar (your library), you can see the playlists you have downloaded. Select the Downloaded tag to see them.
3. If you have folders, you'll see all the folders in which you can find downloaded playlists.
4. Select the playlist and locate the green arrow. Click it to remove that playlist from your downloaded content. 

Since you mentioned you have no longer access to them, you can contact our Customer Support team, so they can help you to remove the offline devices of your account as well. You can find how to contact them here.

You'll need to go online at least once every 30 days to keep your downloads, so you can also wait so the downloads get removed through time.

I can't download music from my device because i havt to remove them from another device , but i can't because i don't have that device , what can i do to remove them now ?

Hi Jordan. I am so sorry that you are going through this. If I was you  I would buy another device and just start all over. Because if you do not have the old device like you ask what can you do? Please do not sweat the little things in life. Just start over. But this time organize your material and you will be just fine. Have a happy new year

Whenever I download songs from Spotify, all I get are a bunch of letter and numbers. These are useless. For an album, they come out as 1a,1b, and so on. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
