I logged out of all accounts but spotify still says account is being used elsewhere

Hey Jade,

It looks like someone else might have your account. You can go to your Account Overview page, change your password and then select "Sign Out Everywhere" from the bottom of the page:

Just login again to all the devices you wish to use, and you're golden.
