I logged out of my facebook and can't get back on Spotify

So let me explain a little better here. I made up a Facebook acct some time ago so that I can start using spotify and I eventually upgraded to the premium plan and starting paying the 10 bucks a month. My issue is I can't remember any of the Facebook information to log back into my spotify account (can't recover it at all). I need to reconnect my spotify account back to my phone with my old playlist. Right now it shows me logged out and I can't get back in. Is there some way around this? Can I make another facebook account and reconnect my old playlist that I am paying for on a monthly plan? Can I just call/email someone to switch me over after I tell them my account information that pays my 10 bucks a month? If anyone can help me out, I would really appreciate it?
