I lost the username and email from my other account.

I lost the username and email from my other account.

Hello:)

I have a big problem. I lost my username and email address from my second account. The problem is that the Trial runs until 25/11/2014 and I can not cancel it, because I have no access to my account.
I think I have made a typing error in the email address ​​during registration. So I can't get an new password.

It is really very URGENT!!! 

I have also contacted the support two times, but no one responds by Spotify. -.-


Could anyone help me???:/

Once I get an automatic response when I took contact through the contact form.
When I write an email to kundendienst_de@spotify.com  I got no reply.

Does that mean that soon someone will reply from support?

If you could reply directly to the automated reply (even if it says no to) that will bump your case over into the queue and someone will get back to you shortly.
