I'm logged out of my accounts and my email and password is not recognised

HI I'm still paying for Spottify premium but unable to login to my account with my passowrd and email. It says my username is not recognised. When I log in briefly it takes me to my home page and I can see all my playlists for a second before an error page pops up.

I can get to my account page for a second and it seems to think my email address is this **bleep** address  (*snip*) which I've never seen, this seems to mean I can't reset my password.
