I'm not getting 99 cents for 3 months of premium on a new account I made two days ago

So I made a Spotify account for my mom and I was going to get her the 99 cents premium deal but it doesn't give her anything about the deal. If I go to upgrade to premium I only get the 7 days free trial. It's a new account and it never had premium I'm kind of bummed that it won't show up

Unfortunately, the $0.99 Premium offer ended on January 1st. You can still subscribe to Premium with a different plan at https://www.spotify.com/purchase/panel/
