Hi there, thanks for posting here and welcome.

 

It's important to take into account that Spotify charges each Premium plan once per month. If you notice multiple Spotify payments in the same month, there are a few things to check:

  1. I'd suggest starting off by checking the receipts of your account. There, you can take a look at all your charges and make sure everything is in order.
  2. It's possible that some of the charges you're seeing in your bank statement are pending. In that scenario, we'd recommend you check their status. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd be a good idea to reach out to your bank for further insights.
  3. It might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account, since you mentioned you were charged twice. You can check this article to find out if perhaps you have another account.
