I made a new account, can't log in

My old Facebook profile got deactivated, I cancelled that premium spotify account. 

I made a new one, but there seems to be a lot wrong with that. First, I can only log in on a PC, in the browser. There I want to pay with my paypal account, but when I fill in everything and click ok in Paypal, it just brings back the PayPal site, and keeps asking me if I agree to pay.

Second, I can not log in on ANY app, Android, iOs, Windows, always says my username or password is wrong. If I try with Facebook, a unknown error pops up. 

When I log in through a webbrowser my username seems to be a random string of characters. 

What can I do?

Now I'm not even able to pay for premium.
