I need help getting a refund.

I got the Spotify premium trial. it was pretty neat, so I let the trial expire, and I subscribed for Spotify unlimited because I have no use downloading songs. Then the next time I use it I get told that I've used all the radio skips that I have on my UNLIMITED account, and to get UNLIMITED skips I need to upgrade. When I read the documentation for the differences between the different subscripotion levels, that wasn't mentioned anywhere, and it frankly doesn't make any darn sense. I'm not going to give my business to a company that blatantly misrepresents their product to me.

The problem is that I live in the US, and Spotify says they don't offer refunds. I've already sent an email to attempt to get one, but does anyone here know if they just reject all refund requests automatically? If so I can not waste time waiting for an email response and just contact my bank directly.

Not always but here is the refund policy, they usually try to email you within at least 24 hours with a response. Here is a comparison chart of the differences of the subscriptions, you can also upgrade to premium from unlimited if you want here (Premium is the only subscription that gets unlimited skips) 🙂
