I purchased spotify premium, but it isn't working

hello i haw payed tvice for spotify premium and the moony haw left the banck but i hawent got the premium yet. plus i hawent got an confermation from spotify. this is somthing in my minde that shooldent haw happend.

Hey there, I've just taken a look at your account and the last successful payment on that account was on 10th May.

 

If you didn't receive an email confirmation from us, it seems like the payment didn't go through properly. It's worth double-checking with your bank that the money did actually leave your account.

 

If you look at your subscription history, what date is shown next to your most recent receipt?

no it dos not, i hawent actuly goone throw all of the stages of purchesing it and when i was sigend to logg in i had to logg in twice and none of the time it worked for me.

I checked it this moment and it seems that i got the moony back from you but i got to say that the facebook thing is realy dificult since it pulled moony frome me but it gave it back.

but il try to by it agen to se if this works.

well i got it done now and to be honest it was a relife to only pay for one month. but thank you both for this excelent help i got hear.
