I re subscribed to spotify premium though iTunes it purchased at 12.99 still not working!!

I re subscribed to spotify premium though iTunes it purchased at 12.99. It still says I'm not a premium member even tho I have a receipt saying purchased!!! I loges out and loges back in...I even tried re downloading the app still not working!!!

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

Also, you could be saving money by subscribing through the Spotify website instead for 9.99. Apple charges a fee and that is why it is more expensive.

 

If you want this cheaper subscription,

You first need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
