Upgrading Existing Account to Student Premium

Hi,

I'm having trouble upgrading my existing account to Student Premium. I am currently enrolled in college, yet when I enter my payment info and hit the "Confirm" button, it takes me back to the first page where I entered my name and school and tells me something went wrong.

Can this be fixed?

Sorry for the trouble! There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.
