I signed up for premium but don't have it

I signed up for the premium account, received the confirmation email and yet do not have access to premium features. The contact form has nothing that includes my issue, this customer service is lacking. Can anyone help me?

What username is shown in the confirmation email?

If the username is a 10 digit number, this indicates a facebook linked account. Are you signing in with the facebook logon?

Hi!

I just payed for spotify premium and I don't have the access.. 

I had an old spotify accound with the same email and I can open that one but not the premium..

Apparently I have a user ID of 10 numbers and I read that I should try to log in via my facebook accound but it didn't work either.
