I subscribed my son to premium, but got charged too much.

I subscribed my son to premium, but got charged too much.

My son has an iPhone and his email is jez.russ@gmail.com, I wanted the offer of 3 months for 99 cents. He was charged 10+ dollars. Can you rectify this and refund my credit card the remainder? Thank you.

Hi Kainaij,

 

Your son's account was not valid for the 3 for $0.99 offer because the account had previously been on Premium.  The account however, did benefit from our other promotional offer and got 3 months for $10.49.  If you would like a refund for this, please contact support on this link and they will help
