I suspect that my Spotify account has been hacked

Music, plsylists and artists that I don't know are added and playing in my Spotify into devices I don't have.

Just logged out of every device, and changed password, but noticed that logging by computer it has my profile with my picture, but logging by phone, it shows a random picture of number "1" and my name are a bunch of numbers. Why the same account seem to lead to different profiles?

Sorry to hear that your account got compromised, but glad to hear you already took the first steps on solving it... Well done!

But now, talking about your question, if you're logging into the same account on both devices, this difference can be because of a lack of sync between them and this "bunch of numbers" on the name field, you're seeing on your phone, can be your personal username (Spotify ID). Just to make sure it's correct, I recommend that you use your computer to access your account profile page, using this link. Once you're there, it'll have a username field and it should display the same "bunch of numbers" you see on your phone app.
